Recently, with the theme of “Towards High Quality and New Development”, the 6th China Economic Conference of 2023 was held in Beijing. Rastar Group was awarded “The Most Socially Responsible Listed Company of 2023” by the conference for its outstanding contributions to corporate social responsibility and public welfare.

Founded in 2000, Rastar Group was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010. Since its establishment, Rastar has focused on building a harmonious corporate image, and has always implemented corporate social responsibility, combining the economic and social values created by the company to maximize the comprehensive value.

Over the years, while pursuing high-quality development, Rastar has been actively involved in social welfare activities. In response to the national consolidation of the results of poverty alleviation and comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization, Rastar Group has participated in a number of corresponding support activities. To boost rural revitalization, Rastar has carried out a support program from 2021 to 2025 with Shaluo Village, Dongdi Town, Nayong County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, to support local construction work by donating funds. In 2022, Rastar donated capital to Weilong Village, Taiping Town, Yangshan County, Qingyuan City, to support the local poverty alleviation and rural revitalization to be effectively connected.

Meanwhile, Rastar Games, a branch of Rastar Group, launched the “Rastar Football Youngsters” project in Dafang County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. Rastar planned to donate 3 million RMB in 3 years to care for the healthy growth of children in mountainous areas through the establishment of Rastar nutritional meals, caring subsidies for football youngsters, scholarships, etc., to contribute to the revitalization of the countryside and to promote the common prosperity. Until the present, Rastar Games has donated a total of 2 million RMB to the “Rastar Football Youngsters” project.

In addition, Rastar Games actively pledged donations to the 2023 Tianhe District Unified Front Poverty Relief Work Promotion Conference led by the United Front Work Department of the Tianhe District Committee of Guangzhou Municipality, to support the projects of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the counterpart areas of Tianhe District, in order to carry forward the Chinese traditional virtue of solidarity and mutual support, and to promote social harmony.

Rastar has been committed to the youth public welfare and charitable projects, and has actively donated to the Luhuo County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and Erlang Primary School in Cheng Hai Town, Yongsheng County, Lijiang City, and the Third Middle School in Binchuan County, Dali Prefecture, and students from a number of underdeveloped areas. Rastar has also been involved in charity activities in caring for children, and has donated books to the Beishan Primary School in the Haizhu District of Guangzhou City, so as to provide genuine care for the physical and mental health of the minors. In order to safeguard the healthy growth of teenagers, Rastar Games, a branch of Rastar Group, made a donation to the Guangzhou Youth Development Foundation in November 2022, which was used to carry out public health and safety protection work and the public welfare work for the teenagers in Guangzhou.

Furthermore, Rastar Group actively engaged in community welfare projects. In the first half year of 2023, Rastar Toys,  a branch of Rastar Group, carried out a blood donation event in Shantou Rastar Industrial Zone. Rastar Games, a branch of Rastar Group, actively participated in the “Follow the Environmental Sanitation and Progress Together with Environmental Protection” -- a public welfare activity organized by the Association of Commerce of Xiancun Street of Tianhe District, Guangzhou for sanitation workers within this zone. Rastar sent presents to the sanitation workers and donated funds to assist the public health safety and security work in Guangzhou City.

In the future, Rastar Group will actively fulfill its corporate social responsibility while developing and enhancing its corporate capabilities, and strongly support various types of social welfare events, so as to contribute more corporate strength to the comprehensive construction of a modernized socialist country and the comprehensive advancement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
